We have been placing signs for over 20 years. Using your logo, we create an effective and appealing sign to catch the eye of your potential home buyer. We can use any artwork or graphic that you have. If you don't yet have a graphic we can create one for you. Our standard sign is 18 x 24 coroplast. We also add arrows to your signs to drive home buyers in your direction. We plan the best routes to get customers to your property efficiently. We use Google Maps to show locations where each sign will be placed.
After your approval, we send the map and signs to our professional team of installers. They place the signs on Friday night and retrieve them Sunday night. This process is continued each week until your community is sold out. We recommend your property starts with at least 25 signs to raise public awareness of your community.
We are currently working with many of the local builders and realtors in these areas. We start placing signs as a community opens, and continue until it is completely sold out.
